LCC hosts several social events and social rides throughout the year. Several are in the winter months just to keep us connected. Social Events and special rides vary with each year to accommodate member interests. Some social events and special rides in the past have included:
- Fall and Spring Meetings.
- Season Ride Planning Session.
- Sponsored Trail Cleanup – LCC is a sponsor of sections of Ankeny Bike Trails.
- Pedal to the Park – ride to Principle Park for I-Cubs game.
- Socials with an educational aspect at our business partners Rock Valley Physical Therapy and Athletico.
- Wine Social at WineStyles.
- Winter bowling social.
- Picnic Social.
- New Member’s ride.
- 4th of July ride
- Turkey ride.
- Jingle Ride.
